All shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail. Our headquarters are based on the East Coast.
Return & Refund Policy
If your subscription has been renewed and you do not want to receive the box that you've paid for please contact us at email@example.com. If the box has not shipped, we will be able to offer a full refund.
We do not offer refunds or returns on boxes (opened or unopened). We also do not offer refunds on items in the box you may not like.
If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send you another one.
